www.seso.lk is operated by SESO Hub (Pvt) Ltd, offering premium homemade food, beverages, celebratory cakes, desserts, and handcrafted items. We operate strictly on a pre-order basis. There is no dine-in facility or walk-in service.
Daily Office Lunch Packs: Orders must be placed by 9:00 PM the night before delivery to ensure fresh preparation.
Catering, Cakes & Handcrafted Items: These require a longer preparation time and must be ordered at least 3 to 5 days in advance.
Confirmation: Once an order is placed through the website, we will issue an official confirmation via WhatsApp, SMS, or email.
Advance Payments: A 50% advance payment is required to formally confirm all custom cakes, catering, and large orders. Orders are not processed until this deposit is received.

Direct Bank Transfer (Proof of transfer must be shared via WhatsApp)
Cash on Pickup
Pickup Location: Ratmalana (The exact location map link will be automatically shared upon order confirmation).
Delivery Services: Delivery is available across Colombo, Mount Lavinia, and select suburban areas. Delivery charges are calculated dynamically at checkout based on your location.
Value-Added Services: We can arrange flower bouquets, custom gift items, and specialty milestone cake deliveries upon request.
Delays: SESO Hub (Pvt) Ltd is not responsible for delivery delays caused by severe weather, traffic congestion, third-party courier issues, or unforeseen circumstances.
Catering & Specialty Orders: Cancellations must be made at least 48 hours in advance. Advance deposits are non-refundable for last-minute cancellations due to ingredient sourcing costs.
Daily Lunch Packs: Cancellations or modifications must be submitted by 7:00 AM on the day of delivery to qualify for a credit or reschedule.
Business Cancellations: If SESO must cancel an order due to unforeseen operational issues, a 100% full refund will be instantly processed.
Returns: Due to the perishable nature of fresh food and custom handcrafted products, returns or exchanges are not accepted.
Natural Ingredients: Our meals are prepared fresh using high-quality ingredients with absolutely no artificial colors, artificial flavors, preservatives, or MSG in our cooked dishes.
Baking & Decor: High-grade, approved food colors and essences are used for cake decorations and custom sugar flowers.
Allergen Warning: Some of our dishes contain common allergens (dairy, nuts, gluten, seafood, eggs). Customers are strictly responsible for checking ingredients and notifying us of any severe allergies at the time of ordering.
Dietary Requests: Special dietary requests (e.g., vegetarian, vegan) must be explicitly selected or noted during the website checkout process.
Handcrafted Variations: Because our items and celebratory cakes are entirely handmade, minor variations in color, shape, and final design may occur.
Website Imagery: Product images on our website and social media are for professional illustration purposes; actual plating and presentation may vary slightly depending on custom sizing.
All content on www.seso.lk, including text, custom recipes, branding, official logos, graphics, and food photography, is the exclusive property of SESO Hub (Pvt) Ltd. No content may be copied, reproduced, or reused without explicit written permission.
SESO Hub (Pvt) Ltd is not liable for:
Allergic reactions if a customer fails to disclose specific allergies during ordering.
Delivery failures due to incorrect or incomplete delivery information provided by the customer.
Delays or technical failures caused by third-party services (banking systems, payment gateways, or external couriers).
Spoilage or food quality issues resulting from improper storage or delayed consumption after pickup or delivery (cooked meals should ideally be consumed within 2 hours).
We respect your privacy. We collect only the information necessary to process your orders (name, contact details, and address). Your data is stored securely and will never be shared with third parties, except strictly necessary logistics partners for delivery purposes.
SESO Hub (Pvt) Ltd reserves the right to update these Terms & Conditions at any time to reflect changing operational costs or regulations.
